Good&Green will repair broken or damaged items. Depending on the specific repair request, a nominal repair fee and return shipping may be charged. For repair related query please contact online.sales@gng.com.bd

Privacy

We are committed to protecting customers’ privacy. The information required in our ordering process is only used for fulfillment and payment of purchase order and will never be sold or shared with any other entities and used for any other purpose other than agreed upon purpose.

Return and exchange policy

All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned. GnG only accepts exchanges for products that are defective, and within 15 business days from the day the order has been delivered. Exchanges are not accepted for merchandise acquired during sales promotion. Any exchange is subject to availability of particular design and inventory.

Product Care

GnG Jute bags and other items are made from jute, cotton fabric, and scrap cloth, handmade & recycled paper and other organic and indigenous materials. Its color, fabric design and construction may vary slightly from the actual image of the product.

Ladies bag made out of jute and cotton mixed fabric may be cleaned periodically by soft wet cloth or tissue. We provide usage information along with product shipment.

Domestic Selling

We do arrange home delivery for domestic orders with home delivery request in that case the delivery cost will be included with total price of product. You can order product via email [here], or over phone. Payment may be made by bKash, or online upon request.

International shipping

Few other things

International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by their country. Thus, customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees associated with the customer’s local importation regulations, customs declarations, clearances and fees (such as VAT tax and brokerage fees, among others). Payment will be necessary to release order from customs before delivery.

-Delivery times are approximate and local customs processing may add time to order delivery. If a shipment is returned to GnG due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and shipping costs in re-sending the order.

-A certificate of origin will be included with every order shipped.

-We prefer FOB in case of export to give extra control to our buyers
